We can’t wait to get your order on its way! Most packages leave our studio within 3-5 business days. During especially busy times, processing may take a little longer. Please note: the shipping timeframe starts after your order has been processed.

If you’re in a hurry, we offer faster shipping options at checkout. Once an order is confirmed, changes to your shipping address or method aren’t guaranteed — but if something comes up, reach out right away at info@saasha.co and we’ll see what we can do.

Duties & Taxes

We’re happy to ship worldwide! For orders outside of Canada, please be aware that local taxes, duties, or customs fees may apply. These charges are not included in our prices. Any applicable sales tax and shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs-related fees. If these aren’t paid and the package is returned to us, we’ll process a refund for your order minus the shipping cost.
