Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to fall in love with your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we offer exchanges or refunds to your original payment method (final sale items excluded). Please see below for details on our policy.

  • Return Request: You’ll have 10 days from the day your order arrives to request a return through the returns portal.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free of stains and odors, and in their original packaging. Any alterations will void the return policy.
  • Return Shipping: Returns must be shipped within 14 days of submitting a return through the portal. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Return Processing: Once your item arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your return in 5-10 business days.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Send your order number and clear photos to info@saasha.co, and our team will be happy to assist you promptly.

Returns

Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund to your account.

Exchanges

Request an exchange through our returns portal, and we’ll ship your new item once your return has been received and processed. For the quickest exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
